Bike Consulting

Although I keep fairly busy with my work as the Executive Director of the Forest Hill Village Business Improvement Area, I am available to use my unique expertise to collaborate with Toronto businesses interested in becoming bike-friendly employers, and with folks that want to get started using a bike to get around.

My radio column, Bambrick on Bikes, can (could) be heard every other Tuesday at 4:50pm as part of CBC Radio One’s Here and Now program.

I welcome opportunities to speak on the subject of urban cycling in a variety of contexts, and am available to do so in both French & English.

Self-propelled employees
Happy, healthy, and invigorated staff that arrive alert and on-time is good for everyone in the office!  From the management of the design and construction of secure bike parking, or shower & change facilities , to the coordination of employee bike-to-work day programs, I can work with you to uncover and apply the efficiencies and broad organizational benefits to be gained by supporting and encouraging cycling transportation amongst employees. The implementation of cycling programs can be a fun, positive and important component of  your employee health & wellness targets.

Cycling for Transportation – where do I start?
If you’ve been considering giving this whole bike riding thing a try, but you’re not sure where to start, I’m your gal.  I can help guide you through choosing a bike that’s right for your needs, finding the appropriate gear, testing cycling routes, learning safety tips & communications skills, etc… basically everything you need to know to take up urban transportation cycling.

Contact me to discuss the variety of ways I can assist you with all things urban cycling related.
